Once coins (or other digital goods) have been credited to your account on our platform, they cannot be returned, transferred, or refunded. This is an irreversible process, and for this reason, we cannot offer refunds for completed purchases, regardless of the reason.

By purchasing coins or other digital goods, you agree to this policy and understand that refunds are not possible after the transaction has been completed and the coins have been added to your account.

Exceptions: Refunds will only be granted if the transaction was not processed correctly (for example, if you did not receive your coins due to a proven technical error that was not resolved in a timely manner). In this case, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction.
